Jila Panchayat Bageshwar is the apex body of the three-tier Panchayati Raj system in Bageshwar district, Uttarakhand. As the third pillar of Panchayati Raj, we are committed to empowering rural communities through transparent governance, digital transformation, and inclusive development.

Established under the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016, our district panchayat serves as the vital link between the state government and the grassroots Gram Panchayats. We oversee development projects across 486 Gram Panchayats.

Our vision is to make Bageshwar a model district by ensuring that every citizen has access to government schemes, public services, and information with ease and efficiency.
